This is the most important aspect of the project; although there are many architectural designers who claim to be qualified, it is important that the client takes the time to interview and to be thorough when selecting the perfect designer for their project. I take this special honor and privilege seriously and personally. It is during this phase where I connect with the client on a more personal level in getting to know their family, the lifestyle that they are accustomed to, and how I can further contribute to enhance their lifestyle through my services, as well as their construction budget.
Like each client, every project is unique. When a client approaches me to create, for instance, a floor plan, I completely devote all of my efforts to what their needs are. I work closely with them to develop their ideal design, elevation style, etc. Revisions are made throughout the design phase, and I pride myself in being able to prioritize these revisions and being able to be prompt with my communication. I have had several years of experience in this field, and I am efficient as well as thorough.
